Array Vista Canyon

Coming up on four months of living at Array Vista Canyon, and I couldn’t be happier. I moved here from my hometown for work and did a lot of research and apartment hunting before finding this community, and I am so glad I did. This place is amazing. From being very dog friendly to the incredible amenities like the pools, two gyms, BBQ grills, fire pits, and so much more, I truly love living here. Jasmine and Andrea are amazing. They are always kind, responsive, and put together some great community events. I am extremely happy with my apartment, the views, and the overall living experience. My only small complaint is that the water from the sink and dishwasher can seem a bit murky at times. Other than that, this place has been fantastic.

I’ve lived in apartments around SCV for about 10+ years now and Array Vista has been my absolute favorite! My husband and I moved here after we got married and it’s been an incredible first home experience. The apartments are spacious, clean, cozy and amenities are amazing. Literally feels like a resort. They bring out food vendors and host fun community gatherings and events! Lastly, the staff is INCREDIBLE! Always willing to help and do so with a great attitude. Jasmine, Andrea, and Evan have been probably the best leasing staff/management team I’ve encountered. We thank them so much for making our experience here all the more enjoyable!

I wasn't planning on renewing my lease because of having to get my packages delivered elsewhere. However, the only leasing agent I felt genuinely cared about my concerns and requests was ANDREA. She was transparent during my leasing process and was resolution focused when I felt like I was being difficult with coordination. I am still thoroughly impress that her attitude, communication, and care has remained the same even over a year of living here. It's hard to find property management workers who care, she definitely deserves a raise!

I've been here over 4 years. Great place, feels like a getaway from city life, yet only a few streets away. Amenities are awesome incl. Full size washer/dryer in the apartment. Staff is 5 star in friendliness and efficiency.

I recently toured the property with leasing agent Taylor, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the community. Taylor took the time to answer all of my questions and made my experience smooth and enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond, and it made a great impression. Thank you, Taylor!
