Sanctuary Cove at Cane Bay by Centex Homes

It’s Been 2 years since purchasing our home. I can’t be more pleased with Centex. I love everything about our home. Gina was my sales and I think our builder was Alexis. I think I have the name wrong. But they have done amazing with this home ☺️

Poor quality homes. They do t want to fix the mistakes correctly. Working on a year with little to no resolution. Run .. don’t even stop here. There so many other neighborhoods to build in. I have contact you guys before and I’m still in the same place I was then. My yard has been replaced but no fixes on the inside Still dealing with the doors and floors after a month of posting... 11 months total

My wife and I moved here a week ago (first time home buyers) and we absolutely love it! We had a wonderful experience working with Kimberly at Centex and the Pulte Mortgage team. We got a fantastic price and mortgage rate (in this economy?!) and our loan officers worked very quickly and efficiently. Victor, our construction manager, is a super nice guy who would give you his shirt if you asked him. Thank you to the whole team for helping us make our dream happen!

It was a pleasure working with Alena, sales consultant, along with the two construction managers, Harrison and Holden. They completed everything needed or asked for in a timely manner. Their customer service and support during this process made it all worth it. I would definitely recommend Centex/Pulte.

She was super friendly, doting on my young children at every turn, and had infinite patience for all the questions from these first time home buyers. Her response time was quick, she's very informative whenever we've had questions, and she's been able to orchestrate our entire home buying process from start to finish.
