San Carlo Townhomes

My experience with San Carlos Apartment Homes has been amazing! Both Jenns made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They created such a welcoming, family-like atmosphere and were incredibly helpful with every step of my decision. What really stood out was how they paid attention to the little details; it showed they truly care. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel supported and valued, I highly recommend San Carlos!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Jenn is the best property manager I’ve ever seen! She’s kind, gets things done and is more than on top of things. She definitely goes above and beyond. As far as the space I rented a 1 bedroom and after over a year of living there I realized the town home life was not for me. Personally I didn’t like the stairs, but I loved the connected garage. But if I were to live in a “town home” like this I’d want the two bed with the kitchen on the bottom floor that was definitely the best floor plan. Albeit expensive!! The one bed is just too expensive for what it is in my personal opinion. Do your research and tour the floor plans that work best for you. The amenities are nice too. Other than that I never had any issues when living here and enjoyed the quietn

I have lived here a little over a year and have had a few issues but management and maintenance have jumped on the problem and repaired or replaced whatever was needed in a very professional and very quick response to the issue. I have no regrets for leasing my townhome and if I wasn’t buying a house I would not hesitate to continue to live here. I want to thank management and maintenance for making this a very friendly place to live.

The new townhome community in Highland is beautiful, with modern designs and beautiful landscaping. The homes are spacious and well-maintained, and the management is top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. A great place to call home!
