Parkwood Knoll Apartments

Parking situation is awful. If you have a guest over they will get towed. Management dragged their feet with maintenance requests. Would not recommend to anyone.

Living here has been a peaceful experience. I feel safe here as a single mom, because it's very quiet, and I have not had any major problems whatsoever. The office staff is amazing, always very helpful and kind-- both Anais and Rebecca. The maintenance staff has always came to resolve the problems I've had (very few) within 24 hours. The gardening is always well kept and its overall a very clean place. I moved here because they had the most reasonable rent in the area and the units are up to date in finishes. My unit has nice flooring throughout, a fireplace, and beautiful high vaulted ceilings. 10/10 experience living here.

The office manager Anaiis, is very helpful and nice. She does her best to make sure that you're comfortable. it's a gated community the pools are usually clean, and there's a security guard after 9 on premises. However, the apartments need renovation, and some of the laundry dryers/washers don't work; make sure that you ask before you put you insert your coins to dry your clothes up.

This complex is okay for the price. However beware of Melissa. She lies to tenants about when they are allowed to move out after their lease is up, allows personal friends to rent out apartments (there were EIGHT people living in a 3 bedroom) and no matter how many noise complaints I made, Melissa’s friends remained. They also keep part of your deposit after you move out, charging you for normal wear and tear (which is illegal). Oh and just a BTW for move out instructions, as long as the place looks clean, they won’t clean anything so make sure you bring your cleaning gear! The complex is on the louder side as there are a lot of children and no real place for them to play. My building didn’t have any bugs or mice, but other units supposedly do. Parkwood Knoll is my home sweet home. Living here the past two years has been a pleasant experience for me and my little family. The manager Leanne really strives to make sure the complex stays clean and safe. Our neighbors are nice and the people here are generally considerate. I've had to call the office for a few maintenance calls in my time here, and they have always taken care of the calls promptly and professionally. I love coming home to Parkwood Knoll I can't say I have any complaints. Thumbs up to the management, keep up the great work!
