We had the most unpleasant experience with this agency. After complaining to the head office, we were ignored while the local office threatened litigation. There are plenty of other real estate firms in The Villages one should consider with rather than making the mistake, as other reviewers have, of trusting these people.

After seeking the return of our $2,650 security deposit and over $5,600 worth of out-of-pocket expenses incurred when their agent failed to do his job, the agency claimed to have secured an "international arrest warrant" against me (see photo). Thereafter, this agency demanded I remove my negative review and write NextHome Sally Love Real Estate a letter claiming the matter was resolved while walking away from all the money their agent (Michael Schaefer) stole from us (see photo). While this agency's practice of intimidation tactics may work in some cases, in this particular case, it has backfired badly.
