Salem Ridge Apartments

I have lived here 12 yrs. I have loved every year. It's the most safe and friendly place I've ever lived. Mgmt is always on point.

I have been living in Salem Ridge since 2014, first in building 251 now in building 201. Why have I been here so long? Well, the community is nice and quiet, my neighbors are friendly, we have a great dog park & playground for the kids. There are garden plots available for rent as well. The apartments are spacious and designed well. Shall I continue? We have a clean saltwater pool 6 feet, multiple grilling stations (2 charcoal & 1 gas) located around with picnic tables! Also, a laundry room next to the office for use. Maintenence is excellent and super speedy. The complex is always clean, and the staff is friendly. On behalf of my wife, Marynes, and me, we'd like to thank you for these 10 years at Salem Ridge Apartments. During this time, we've had no issues with either the office or the neighbors. It's a quiet place. Thank you very much.

A friend of mine from high school lives here and he lets us come over and swim the pool which is salt water very nice they have good air rights also

I recently moved out of state from the complex and will miss living at Salem Ridge. It is a very clean property and is well maintained by the staff. The landscaping is very nice and snow removal from our 14 inch storm was handled well. I was impressed that the maintenance staff was shoveling the entryways to the individual apartments and even salted my stairs. My 2 maintenance requests were promptly attended to. Oh, also a very quiet place to live. When I return to the area after my time out of state I am planning to move back to Salem Ridge. I would encourage others to consider living there. 🌝
