Omgosh..the perfect apt Quiet and peaceful. There are woods and creek that are accessible with self made trails. Convenient and affordable. Management and Maintenance....outstanding. I have been here 1 month. This is home sweet home!!!

Friend just moved in and tub clogged missing bulb needed paint! Some shady people living there.

Do not live here !! My family and I have been here almost 2 years and been having problems out of the downstairs neighbors banging on our floor when we walk do anything etc. they’ve come up to us outside trying to fight ringing our doorbell provoking us We’ve went to the manager with this issue multiple times and they basically are taking their side and called us LIARS!!!! Also our faucet has been broken multiple times and they take forever to come fix it . Garbage disposal as well always broken if you are thinking about moving here DONT!! They play favoritism and ignore issuee please look elsewhere.

Its horrible mice in the walls. Laundry room poorly kept up they nasty and are never kept. For the money we pay for rent the managers even the regional manager's let concerns fall on death ears. Yes the grass cut so what we don't live outside and its not our responsibility. They are adamant in neglecting to bring my apartment up to codes. Its substandard. I have spoken both verbal and written and Renee the Property Manager just shows no interest. We don't receive written or verbal notifications addressing upcoming renovations. They are slum lords. Don't bring your family here trust me and do believe this complex is a hell hole.
