Sagebrook Apartment Homes

I have lived in two apartments here for a total of 14 months so far. Sagebrook is a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful and well appointed. The Community amenities and the grounds are immaculate. It is a very quiet, and peaceful community. The staff are very attentive and caring. Whenever I have a maintenance need, it is taken care of immediately.

The facility itself is very nice, and I really appreciated having a garage. During my time living here, I never had any major issues. Maintenance was always timely and responsive, and during the winter months the roads were salted and cleared quickly after snow, which I really appreciated. My move-out process went smoothly, and management worked with me every step of the way to make sure everything was handled properly. I especially want to give a shout-out to Caitlyn in the leasing office. She was extremely helpful, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. Sagebrook Homes is a great place to live. The only advice I would give, especially to military members, is to carefully read your lease and military clause. Although the rent is a bit high, I have loved living at Sage Brook Apartments. The maintenance crew is wonderful and they always are so helpful and friendly. I love all the ladies in the office as well, they are so nice. This apartment complex is More like a little condo. I have a garage attached to my apartment. The only complaint is the neighbor who lived above me, but she just moved out., Her footsteps were really loud and her dog barking always got my dogs riled up. But that is out of the control of Sage Brooke.

beautiful apartment homes. the area is so beautiful and the people working on the property manage to keep the community spotless and continuously safe. i’ve never had an issue the year i’ve been here and if i do maintenance is at my door within the hour.

This apartment is the very best living experience I've had so far, renting apartments. The maintenence is superb and takes care of issues same day in most cases. The assistant community manager, Megan is helpful and kind and very organized. I had to get a larger place and they didn't have a unit available to upgrade to so I had to move to another place and I regret leaving!! The rent is a bit higher at Sagebrook but it's worth every penny!!
