Saddlebrook Apartments

Been here almost two years. We just got new management and owners of the property last month. At first I felt a bit nervous but that quickly went away. The lady who works the office, I assume management, is actually very nice and eager to help. She speaks to you with kindness which is a far cry from the former. My AC went out and I reported it quite late in the day.They came and repaired it the next day, as I could see on my cameras the men looked extremely professional who entered the apartment , and fixed it properly and even came back hours later to make sure it was still working. I’m just going to be honest, the previous people who ran this property were just very shut down and rude.i don’t say this to be rude but to give insight to those who had bitter opinions previously, as it was

My fiance and I called to see if we could tour any apartments for a Summer move in. The lady who answered the phone was very dismissive. She said prices and layouts may change before then which is okay but we still just wanted to take a look at the property and when I asked if they were doing renovations she sounded unsure and uninterested. That is how you lose good prospective tenants. If someone wants to take a look at the property then you give them the courtesy of a tour. If today wasn’t a good day she could’ve just said that but it very much sounded like she just didn’t want to tour today. If they are this dismissive now I can’t imagine how it is for the people that live there.

They will keep your deposit even if the apartment is cleaner than when you moved in. Stay away from this place. I just started a lawsuit with them.

Pretty nice. Not perfect. Has been small issues since move in, and not sure why the trash dumpsters still aren’t inside the dumpster pad/enclosure. But overall would recommend.

Very unprofessional spider infested apartments! The property manager is not knowledgeable and very unorganized and does not have what it takes to run an apartment complex. Over charge people to keep their deposit, have maintenance men handle all the paperwork and he half ass knows what he doing! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hope they go out of business. People hit your vehicle because the place so crammed together. This the same place that put an 80 year old lady out after they raised her rent to high. I can’t wait to see a bulldozer tear these down. I want to be their to witness it.
