Sacred Heart Apartments

Horrible place. Drug deals happen on the rendon side day and night, sometimes while school at Morris Jeff is going on. Residents are perpetually drunk or drugged out. Multiple times residents of this building were caught trying to steal from neighboring yards of residents on all sides of the building. The police visit the building at least 3 to 4 times a week and an ambulance and firetruck visits even more. The fire alarm is CONSTANTLY GOING OFF! When not drinking and using drugs most of the residents can be found on the corner of Jeff Davis and Canal or other nearby intersections claiming to be homeless begging for money. Often when a resident is kicked out for one reason or another they can be found squatting in business front, yards, and even under the houses of the nearby residents. Lo

I used to live here when they first opened up. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!! Nothing but alcoholics and druggies. Couldn't even walk to my mailbox with out being harassed by other tenants. Neighbors yell, scream and fight all night. If a smoke detector goes off in one apartment, THE ENTIRE COMPLEX will have a fire alarm go off. This happens 3-4 times a week usually after midnight. It's cheap but it's DEFINITELY not worth it.

Too many hoops you have to go through and a runaround in order to be approved for an apartment. And for what? A smelly, not so clean grounds inside and out. Not worth all the effort one has to go through, just to be a potential tenant.

I have a friend that lives here. Apartments are spacious but has roaches. Has security which is good.

Read other people's reviews. I wish I could move out but can't afford to go anywhere else.
