S. W. Bajus, Ltd

In August I moved from South Florida to work at Villanova. I moved into apartment 311, a studio, in the Kingsway Apartment in Wayne, Pa. It was the PERFECT apartment. I have lived in multiple apartments throughout college and none of them were as clean and quiet as this one. I moved out in May and I can say it was the best apartment experience I have ever had. It's close to grocery (Giant), shopping and Villanova. Wayne is the cutest town with lots to do and lots of places to eat. Would recommend this place to anyone! It was a 10/10. Also Rebecca in the leasing office was AWESOME! :)

I have had a fantastic experience in the last 6 years at the Kingsway. The entire staff are friendly and accommodating. My neighbors in the build are quiet and kind. The location is perfect. Walking through Wayne and access to the Train! It has been a privilege to live in a well maintained and secure building and I couldn’t be more pleased. Rebecca is always friendly and helpful and I have literally never had an issue. I considerate a privilege to reside here.

When it came time to build-out my new office in S.W. Bajus space, I was prepared for the usual cost overruns, missed deadlines and general disappointment. There was none of that. The project manager, Pat Esposito, was competent, responsive, and thorough. There were no surprises.

I signed a lease for 2200 sqft of gutted space at the Rosemont Business Campus owned by SW Bajus at the end of 2024. The Bajus team helped me to create a beautiful interior space for my staff and our patients that receives compliments on a frequent basis. They also covered the cost of much of that build-out. All aspects of the Bajus team (realtor, lease attorney, project manager, contractors, cleaners, property management, etc) have been professional, timely, and seeking to perform above industry expectations. This is an organization that truly wants a win-win with its tenants. I've rented from SW Bajus since 2007 and have been really happy with them. They're extremely quick to address any maintenance issues and their staff has always been friendly to me as well. I recently moved my office to a different space in the building and they were super helpful. They let me move furniture early and start setting up while I was still in my old office. I look forward to continuing to rent from them for as long as I have my business.
