Ryan Homes at Crystal Lake Preserve

I built my house with Ryan Holmes. On July 2025 and had a few issues, and I've asked the warranty division to come out and I called the sales office in the sales office hung up on me said there's no warranty and the warranty guy came out and said there's no warranty on plumbing. Can you believe this after 8 months of only having the home less than a one year builder warranty and they will not do anything. Florida statute says that they have to honor their one year builder warranty and they're not honoring it so highly recommend you understand they want to take your money but not help and do any work after the fact buyer. Beware.

There’s nothing worse than buying your first home and dealing with such an unprofessional and terrible salesperson like Carmen. The worst service I’ve ever received. She’s dishonest and completely lacks ethics. I went to another builder just down and now I have a bigger home, at a better price, and most importantly, with a salesperson who treated me with respect and professionalism. Stay away from her!

Carmen is a dream come true. I was working with her on another property, but the lots were sold out so I missed it. She remembered my interest and when this property came up she contacted me. The process has been too easy at times. The choice of property, the house, the amenities, you can tell Ryan Homes is serious about quality and customer service. I am so glad I am coming home.

Adrian does not return phone calls. Carmen, the other salesperson, has a very warped unprofessional personality on the phone and does not seem caring whatsoever. This place does not care about Veterans or Disabled Veterans like myself. Almost every single contractor who built houses requires either a $500 or $1000 deposit. Not all veterans can afford a deposit of $5000 even if they can afford a house like myself. This place wants a $5000 deposit which I cannot afford to put down. I would be happy to put a $500 or $1000 deposit but they would not accept it no matter what, and I can get my loan approved. They do not care for Veterans at all.
