Ryan Homes at Birdneck Crossing (Between Hilltop & Oceanfront

My house is lovely now but after dealing with Ryan Homes for over a year on all the discrepancies due to unqualified workers and corners cut. For example, they improperly installed my sliding doors, cut into the casing which caused serious floor damage due to water intrusion. The attention to detail well let’s just say there never was any. When I asked the supervisor about the quality of workers (most I don’t think were even legal) he replied “well if Ryan Homes hired qualified construction workers than we (the buyers) would not be able to afford the price per square foot for our homes”. I would never ever purchase a new a construction from Ryan Homes nor would I recommend one to anyone.

Honestly wished I bought a house when I was there. Good location.
