I just wanted to send you a quick message in praise of Jerry Ford. He helped me find a new home even while I may have been the most difficult customer in history! Jerry's advice was always the best I could have received and what he advised me on was always in my best interest. Jerry was always patient, always had a smile and was quick to respond even when my requests were difficult. He deserves the highest praise.
