Russell House

My Auntie lives here and I have to say, the staff here is ahhhhhhhhhmazing!!! The manager has always been so sweet to talk to, and my Auntie lives to talk! It can tell she really cares and that warms my heart to know that she is treated well! Family is so important and it gives me comfort to know someone is there who has time to listen and interact so sweetly!! Definitely a great place for my Auntie to call home!

I am very much a senior. I have lived at the Russell House for over ten years. I felt like a renter and not really secure. April 2024, all changed. " New Management " New Life" God blessed us greatly. All of the Management team are like a caring family. I am now at home. Thank you Jesus

I have lived in a few senior housing but have never been this comfortable and content. The staff is fantastic so I have no worries there. Maintenence is prompt and fixed. It's a marvelous place to live out your days. Many activities and places near to walk. Clean and so peaceful. What more can I say except that I love it here.

My mother lived here for years and really enjoyed her apartment, the staff, and the environment . Staff provided a lot of assistance with a variety of needs and responded quickly to any apartment issues. Despite it being an older facility, most apartments have been updated and the common use spaces are accessible and user-friendly. The staff plans a lot of opportunities for residents to fellowship and make connections for a variety of backgrounds. They also ensure that resources are provided for residents. My mom found peace at The Russel House and I am grateful for the compassionate staff who embraced and assisted her.

My mother was a resident at Russell house for many years. She recently passed away and prior to her passing, the one thing she wanted to do was to come back to her apartment because that’s how much she loved her place. It breaks my heart to see some of the negative comments about the manager because from my experience, the manager is one of the most kindest individuals that I’ve ever met. My mom adored the manager, and after my mom’s passing, the manager and staff were loving, kind, respectful, and genuine! I am thankful for the staff at Russell House and especially for the manager!
