Royal Ridge Apartments

I have lived here at Royal Ridge for the last 5 years and I absolutely love it here! The office staff is amazing and are always willing to help! Specifically Cassidy and Devon! They are so fun to chat with in the office, and can answer any questions i may have about my rent or lease agreement. Amber, the old property manager was also very delightful to work with and was so kind to listen to me when i talked to her about the passing of my grandmother. Andy and Ken are always so quick to help with work orders, and handle them in a timely manner with it just being the two of them! The apartments themselves are so nice and well kept with the buildings being built in the 80's and its so close to so many shops and food places, as well as easy interstate access! Andy was amazing he was very professional, kind, courteous and fixed all of my needs. I don't mean to be a pain in the bum however one of the items that he fixed was a new handle on my toilet and a flapper I believe Now when I go to flush the toilet I have to hold those handle down for at least three seconds until it flushes. Then when it flushes sometimes when you do number two it does not flush down all of the waste. Is there anyway that this can be adjusted as well? Royal Ridge property management/maintenance team has knocked it out of the park during my almost 2 year stay and counting. We had some minor issues with unit appliances, and the team here took each matter seriously one by one and made sure we were taken care of. We rest assured knowing we can count on the reliable team at the complex that are taking extra precautions to ensure our safety & comfort. We have had no issues with our 2 pet cats, neighbors, & overall experience at the Royal Ridge community in Midvale. I appreciate the time each team member takes to ensure quality service as quickly as possible. Their extra effort and care put into each tenant relationship is incomparable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience living at Royal Ridge Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the grounds always look beautiful. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, Royal Ridge is a wonderful place to call home and I highly recommend it!

Cassidy at the front desk is seriously the best part of living here! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a genuine smile and they remember my name after just a couple interactions. They’ve helped me with package pickups, quick maintenance requests, and even gave great local recommendations when I was new to the area. Super friendly, efficient, and always professional—makes coming home feel welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this community just because of staff like Cassidy!
