Royal Park Apartments

Recently moved from here after 2.5 years. Great place to live with an incredibly responsive and professional staff. Specifically want to call out Michelle for being a pleasure to interact with. For prospective residents, there is plenty of off-street parking available, grounds are well maintained, and apartments are a good size for their rental price. In unit laundry for non-studio units is a plus. Would recommend living here if you work in the Providence or SE MA area.

We have been living here for over 8 years. This is a Safe, Friendly and kind community. The Maintenance crew is the best around and respond quickly. The best is Michelle who manages the property and is amazing and very helpful.

I lived there for 4 years ,having been referred by my Brother Michael. Highlights - Maintenance Process & Crew, Landscapers (especially in the Summer), The Peaceful & Courteous Community. But most of all Michell at the Leasing Office. She treated me with dignity and made the Rental Process seamless. I miss her emails, her management style, problem solving abilities, and understanding but no nonsense approach. She could make rent increase almost a pleasure. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We loved living here for 1.5 years! The leasing manager Michelle is the best landlord/housing manager I have ever had and she's such a joy to be with!!! She was always responsive, helpful, and intentional and she made living here so wonderful. We'll miss it!
