Travis and Frank did an amazing job per usual. Super quick with responding to our work order request and always leaves us satisfied as residents of 21 East.

21 East Apartments is hands down the best place to stay in this vicinity. It is Centrally located with every possible necessity within the reach of a shout. Staff is very co-operative and plenty of parking space. I have been leaving here for three years now and want to mention that Travis and Frank on maintenance team are the best. Always available to promptly resolve any maintenance requests with a smile! The resident web portal makes it easy to raise a request for maintenance!

Where do I begin, If your looking for a place to rent with no dog poop on the grounds . A place where you can safely park your car without it getting flooded out or having it towed and a leasing office that ignores your concerns or just changes it’s hours to when everyone is at work so you can’t talk to anyone. Then this is not the place for you because that is what they provide here. The parking lot floods with the slightest rain and there “fix” is to close 50% of the parking lot but then not everyone can park. Then people park wherever they can and the management just towes your car even tho it’s them closing the parking. The building says it’s a town issue so I called the town and the town says it’s a building issue back and forth like children. The town manager provided some info wh

The maintenance group has been great. Travis and Frank were great to work with. Came right out and were very professional and fixed the issue right away and helped with another issue I wasn’t even sure needed to be fixed.
