Royal Oak Estates

Although my outcome with living here wasn't what I wanted...in the end they did make it right. Greystone is the new management, I do think things will be handled properly with him there. He was really good about hearing my needs and addressing them as such. I do wish he had started sooner, I may have still been a resident at ROE. Overall good area, the units are cozy, neighbors mind their business, and I loved the neighborhood. The move out process was good, and just waiting on my security deposit.

I had an amazing experience with Graystone. He was very informative in regards to what the property had to offer, It’s surroundings, as well as the unit itself. I am so thankful to have run into him during my search for a new place to call home. He most definitely went above and beyond his duties. I look forward to relocating and enjoying what Royal Oak has to offer.

Did a tour of the apartments with the property manager, Graystone, and fell in love! The apartments are so cute and clean. Graystone was very informative and answered any questions I had, I would have never guessed that he was new!

I called in to schedule a viewing and had a great conversation with Greystone. He answered all of my questions effortlessly and was very informative during my visit. I’m sure I’ve found my place!

Lived here going on 3 years now. I’ve never had as many issues as I’m having now with management. My unit consistently lost power every time I turn the shower on or try to blow dry my hair (it was recently fixed after 3 years of complaining) now my light bill has sky rocketed in the past 3 months every one that comes in says they see our meter is running extremely high but instead of something being done to fix the problem we’re being blamed for it saying we are running too many things at once. When i literally have nothing plugged in or running.
