The service is always great. The staff are friendly and they do there best to answer all your questions to the best of there ability. Very helpful and informative. Very professional, clean safe environment.

Your phone system is TERRIBLE. I called a branch to get a simple yes or no question about a service that may or not be offered. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get an answer. You should be able to talk directly to a branch. Thank you for not caring about customer service for the individual. Another example of just having minimal personal experience for the customer.

I had some fraudulent activity on my account and they called me to notify me of the activity which was awesome but lied and told me some of the charges did not go through and when I tried to dispute the charges they denied me. i called and they lied and avoided taking responsibility of the situation and the recent customer service I spoke to was very rude.This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I will not recommend this credit union to anyone else. I will continue to bank with BOA

I love Michigan First. I have been using them for years! You get points for everything, and the points yield benefits such as a free card if yours gets lost.

They were very helpful when I went there to open an account up and let me know how to straighten out my credit score
