Royal Apartments

Lived there for one year. Landlord was a nitpicker making false complaints about our catbox odor which we had did all things possible (clean litter box area with bleach, spray with Febreze). We got rid of the cat after 2 months due to his nitpicking. It was after this experience that we got the impression that landlord was a micromanager. Moved out after 1 yr due to them jacking up the already high rent. Was informed that they do not have to pay us back our deposit until 21 days after we move out. His maintenance man was in my apartment after I was 95% through cleaning up after move out. He told me that it looked fine so I was not worried, we had cleaned for 4 hours to get place looking spic n span. Right before the 21 day limit got a letter in the mail stating I would only get $38

They let do parties in here, with loud music and don't let me sleep the invited people took all the parking spaces It was terrible loud people talking and the loud music, how can they let this happen!!!!!!!! Don't come live in here
