I recently toured Rose Harbor Apartments while helping a family member search for a new home, and I was really impressed! The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff was welcoming and went out of their way to answer all of my questions. It gave me a lot of confidence that this would be a safe and comfortable community for my loved one.

I just finished signing my lease! Don't leave this company what do I do believe this company you guys are the greatest you're very courteous you're very enjoyable to speak to and I wouldn't want anybody else Geraldine Carey thank you.thanks Kelly.

I will not recommend this apartments to anybody. As a senior I live in a fixed income they kept raising the rent like every six months and if you don’t live with family you are not going to make it and they don’t care. Besides, they are supposed to be “hud subsidized ” and they kept raising the rent. The leasing agents as well as the maintenances people are not nice nor are professional. Most of them are rude and come around every three month to snoop around your apartment . They act as if they own the building. There’s a woman named Raquel and she’s the worst leasing agent I’ve ever seen well no there was another one before her that was just as rude as her. They don’t update their appliances and don’t even clean the outside. The neighbors are noisy and plain rude. I had a crazy woman upst

I love Marcos. He always does a great job, one time he came to Fox my disposal. I had carelessly allowed a red to fall into disposal. He told me not to use my disposal again. I had a second mishap. He fixed very quickly and was very adamant ( he spends Spanish, so I don’t know what he said) except “ no food in here!” I told Holly that i rinse my dishes off after and c am paying for a disposal! He just left. He is always very polite and a fixed everything, But, if I can’t use my disposal to rinse dishes, I would be forced to move!
