Best place to live in my 8 years living in the cities. Loved how easy it was to contact management. Amanda was very helpful. They were willing to assist with any email I sent them. Very comfortable and well set up apartments. My only issue was the cost of rent going up. I did not want to leave. But the studio space was no longer affordable. Like everywhere else. Though rent is high, the Rosa had a standard of living that was adequate for an individual to live within their human right, meeting all basic necessities . That standard should be met by all rentals across the metro and not seen as luxurious or unobtainable by the majority of the public/working class like myself. However, it is.

The staff, the neighbors, the neighborhood! I have nothing to complain about. Such a positive and nice environment! I live alone and feel safe and sound. The walls are very thick and I never head my neighbors TVs. Feels like being on a remote island!

Lived here for 2 years so far. Pretty solid place. Great location, units are modern and clean. The vents are quite noisy in the units which can take some time to get used to-be sure to tour the place before signing a lease as the website photos for units can be misleading. Some security concerns with previous break ins in the building and the garage. Doesn't help that a good number of these units are AirBnBs and visitors leave doors open for strangers coming in behind them. Overall good place for people who want modern style apartments in a good location who don't want to live in busier areas like uptown and downtown. Edit: security continues to be an issue. Had a one year lease at Rosa and absolutely loved it! Management was very communicative, neighbors were very friendly, and unit was well kept.

It’s been easy living here at Rosa. If you are considering Rosa for your temporary home or your forever home, it’s one to be proud of! One of the Original Residents here at the newly built Rosa Apartments since 2023 and I AM STILL LOVING IT! I rest easy going to and from home. ALWAYS feel safe, and welcomed by Staff & Neighbors. When I’m home, I bathe in the relaxing sounds of solitude, silence and that sweet “new built” smell of a non-lived in apartment still almost 2 years later. The Staff I love so much! They are present, responsive, always on high alert for Us and quick to inquire about any concerns we may have and get Us results within 48 hours or less. Never had a bad experience here at Rosa.
