Awful. I just moved into the newly “renovated” units and they’ve reassigned my parking space 3 times with a tow warning. I’m paying over $2600 dollars for this unit and the parking spaces don’t even fit a standard sized vehicle. Every car on the premises has dents and scratches, now mine included. Reporting to the better business bureau for unlawful practices. They make it difficult to contact the office and constantly place flyer warnings on your door with threats. I paid over a $2500 deposit and they attempt to draw people in with a free month addendum. I’ve already lost over a month and $1000+ in moving fees. They make false promises through your only contact which is your landlord and counter what you have it in writing with “legal” document changes post discussion that do not match a

Currently living at one of their properties and the team has been awful at handling an ongoing maintenance issue in my unit. For starters, it is very hard to get hold of upper management. Kelli, the Executive Assistant is the one who handles a vast majority of communications and is the liaison between tenants and management. I have asked her many, many times for the past month to connect me with her superiors and to this day I am still emailing back and forth with her. My unit has been flooded on three different occasions and management is denying me a rent reduction. My furniture has been damaged from this, I've had to take time off of work, as well as make purchases to soak up rainwater. I am disgusted at the way they are managing this situation. This company is an abomination. It makes me lose faith in humanity. ROM is the epitome of slumlord, so much so that there could be a Netflix docuseries on this company alone.

these people are slum lords and will ruin your life. they are scam artists that work with lawyers to buy housing and kick out tenants by force. Jesus Christ will never forgive these people they are possessed by demons and not in a cool or punk rock way. if there was any real justice on earth they would all be in prison.
