Some of the most formative spiritual years of my life unfolded there (1998-2003), my absolute darkest moments entwined with youth and magic. It’s where I hit rock bottom, and also where my precious son was born 25 years ago. How do I even rate such a place that was secondary to a chapter of my life so destructive and transformative all at once?

I highly recommend you do not get an apartment here! I got mugged literally right on the front door step! The area is so unsafe! The apartment mangers never asked if I was okay or showed any concern for my well being. It’s right next to a mental health center, there are always homeless people around, and in my short time living there the police were called 4-5 to the complex! The first month I had roches! And all kinds of bugs! My refrigerator stoped working twice, the burners on my stove only worked sometimes. It’s to small for the price! There’s a parking garage that’s under construction, which has been under construction for several months. Don’t live here! It’s so not worth the money!

ROACHES! Stayed in air bnb. Room was INFESTED with roaches. Found dead roaches in our bed. Tons of roaches in the shower and hidden in corners. Even found roaches hiding in cleaning products. Wouldn't even want to know what it looked like behind our fridge. Roaches were all different sizes and colours. Heard rumors of bed bugs from tenants.

The amount noise generated from this apartment complex is off the charts. This place is always under construction. The noise from the staff starts at 7am and goes until the evening. That's when the tenants start their noise which goes until 3am most nights during the week. You hear leaf blowers, jackhammers all day and every day.
