My place is nice I keep to myself and I don’t get into anyone’s drama. I keep my kids inside and take them out of the hood. It’s working for me I’m blessed

I live here currently, the office staff not messy, they try to get the full story to things when stuff does happen. There WAS one resident who kept a lot of drama up, and constantly had fights going on, the police here, was messy, just a lot. The resident isn't here anymore and it is so much more peaceful already. There's really not a lot of drama, most people stay to their selves. It's really just like any other place, mind the business that pays you. Side note- the apartments are actually pretty clean and nice for it being public housing! I've been here almost a month, and I've not seen any bugs, the apartment was clean and up to date when I first moved in, the small things that weren't right, the office and maintenance staff had fixed within a 6 hour period. The community manager ebony Is so rude every time you ask for something she gotta be smart SMH..they need to fire her! Like If you feel disrespected when people ask a question or have a nasty attitude, find another job. Having security and security cameras not stopping anything it benefit them folks In the office not the actual resident.. otherwise fights In the breezeways and shootings almost every other night wouldn't be happening. Do'nt get me started on the loud music playing even after all residents were notified🙄😒 this place Is a joke. find a safe and better place cause this ain't It💯

Nasty. DIRTY. What good is the guard at the front gate? It could be a nice place if they clean it. The kids are playing around trash.
