I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rocket Title, Inc. I recently purchased a for sale by owner condo in Virginia Beach as a cash sale, and from start to finish the process was seamless. I submitted my request for services on 1/20/26 with a preferred closing date of 1/30/26, and they made it happen without a hitch. The communication throughout was outstanding... professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. My processor, Alexis, and closer, Jessica, were both fantastic. I also had phone and/or email communication with Ivette and Luis, and every single interaction reinforced how organized, knowledgeable, and client-focused this team is. After leaving a great review, I am changing my review. AFTER closing they reached out and said they miscalculated and we actually owe more after months of closing on a house and several CDs sent. Totally unacceptable
