It’s nearly impossible to get hold of a human. My loan was unfortunately sold to rocket mortgage and it’s been a horrible experience. Would never willingly use them again
My wife was looking for a loan. I am a tenant here, not on the deed or in her trust. Rocket said they just needed my information, no credit check. Rocket did a hard hit on my credit. That changed my credit score. Rocket lies and tries to hurt peoples credit. Shame
