I can say that from the start he was a problem for us and looking back on it we should have just fired him from the beginning. Actually now that I think about it, we did try to fire him and he said we would owe him money for photography and listing costs. It took him almost 3 months to rent our home which was built in 2019.. Basically a brand new home. During this time he was telling us we needed to build a fence and do a bunch of other things that we did not really want to do, he was beyond obnoxious with how many times he made these requests and did not respect anything we said, he just kept going about what he wanted for the property. She was very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. She mentioned she had clients who would be in town the next day and wondered if she could show our home.
