⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently made the big move from New Jersey to Flagler Beach, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live at The Preserve. This place is truly a gem! The laid-back lifestyle is a refreshing change after living in New York and New Jersey for so long. My apartment terrace overlooks a beautiful swimming pool and clubhouse, and the amenities are fantastic. The best part, though, is the management team. Rob, Nick, and the entire office staff are some of the nicest and most understanding people I’ve ever encountered. They are always available, quick to return calls, and genuinely care about the residents’ needs. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue, Jonathan and Justin have been there the same day to resolve it. My family and I are in the process of relocating from Winter Haven, FL to the Palm Coast/Flagler Beach area- and we needed a short term living solution while we sell our house. The Preserve was by far, the best decision we could have made! The first thing that impressed me was the fact that these are Alfred Buildings. If you have not yet experienced living in one of those?! You do NOT know what you have been missing! State of the art EVERYTHING here! Besides what you would normally want and expect; very clean, well maintained luxury apartments- everything is well lit- the community FEELS just as safe as it is beautiful. We had such a great experience touring The Preserve at Flagler Beach! Nick was absolutely amazing, so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. He took his time showing us around, answered every question, and really made us feel at home. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and loves what he does. If you’re considering The Preserve, definitely ask for Nick!!

Nick made our move in experience a breeze. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience from the initial tour, to the application process, to picking up the keys. We are so excited to be living in such a beautiful community near the beach.

I absolutely love living at Preserve Apartment! The amenities here are top-notch, making everyday life so much more enjoyable. The gym is well-equipped, the pool area is always clean and relaxing, and the community spaces are perfect for socializing or getting work done. The management team is professional and responsive, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, creating a truly comfortable living environment.
