I want to thank Kim for the excellent work she does, not only for me personally but for the entire community. She is professional, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make sure things are handled quickly and with care. Her dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. Our community is better because of her efforts, and I’m grateful for everything she does.

I love living here at Rock Ridge, it is very peaceful, and safe. Mandi, Lannon, and the staff are Professional, Proficient, Curteous, and helpful. Mandi the property manager goes above and beyond to make sure that she responds in a timely manner if you have any issues. Mandi has been a blessing to my family. She is Always making sure the neighborhood is taken care of as well as happy. They make living here at Rock Ridge Amazing!

I recently moved to Rock Ridge and I must say I can’t be more pleased. They are so lucky to have Mandi as a property manager. She made my moving experience so smooth and has been so attentive to everything I needed. She responds quickly and gets things done. Rock Ridge Estates- what a BLESSING! We are so thankful to have moved into Rock Ridge Estates. I would like to give MAJOR KUDOS to Mandi the property manager. Mandi provided a most positive and pleasant experience from the initial meeting, to helping with the move in, to making us feel welcome and settled. NOT to mention that she has been quick to make sure everything in our new home is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and everything that we need! We love the lawn service, and all of the extra amenities! We love our new home and we are OH SO GRATEFUL!
