Before moving to Lacey WA we checked out several builders of new homes. We looked into developments under way. We settled on Steilacoom Ridge, a Rob Rice development. And we couldn't be happier. I built my last home. I know what good construction looks like. I can say unequivocally that this house is well built. In every way. Quality materials throughout. The precision and care employed in everything from the trim to the paint to the layout of the house is obvious. We have had only a couple very minor issues, a certaintly with any new house, and they were dealt with immediately. One call and they were here to take care of them. This is a testament to the superintendent, Emmett, and to the entire Rob Rice crew. Amazing customer service. We love our new house.
