First by saying is not a good business practice. I came across at Zillow that a property that I like to rent . So I requested a tour and filled out an application on the spot which is Zillow and paid the application fees . Finally I got an answer back from the owner name Debbie and state that someone name Atresia Morgan will be the one who will get back to me . Very excited…Next morning received a text from Atresia states that if I want the property you have to be 700 plus score gross income 3x of the rent . And being asked do I meet the the requirement? What kind of question that would be? Judge people before you get to know them ? I’m a business owner for years and never encounter any of these. Also she pointed me to a website to reapply for the rental again which I have to pay 69.95 whi
