Brian with RJH was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a realtor in the home buying process. He is super knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made sure there were absolutely no hiccups. Having no hiccups when buying a home is almost never heard of. He helped us get our dream home and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

I don't know what humans issues are but I know I've got my own and make sure ain't no damage is provided when I leave a place because I wouldn't want to rent something out with a hole in the wall of course so those people leaving bad reviews I wouldnt believe em if I were you people who do or have

Not a pleasant experience. For one thing, as others reviews state, be sure to take your own before and after photos. We did not and lost our entire deposit for various cosmetic issues that were there when we first rented the home (cosmetic issues they said they would take care of but never did). Additionally, after living in the home for about 9 months, we were served papers that the home was entering foreclosure. I'll just say that the RJH office wasn't all that responsive to our concerns. Overall, not a pleasant experience and would not do business with them again.

RJH has been the best management we’ve rented from. They are informative and quickly resolve maintenance issues. We are transferring to a larger property that they manage and we are very excited, not only for the new space, but that it’s still with RJH.

Pros: The Maintenance crew is Awesome. Cons: When you move out, make sure it looks better than when you moved in. Otherwise, they'll take your entire safety deposit and then some. You will be covering their business costs to set up for the next tenant even for an A/C filter.
