I had a fantastic experience with Sell My Fixer Upper, and can highly recommend them! 👍👏 I contacted them as I needed to sell an inherited house, and didn't want to make repairs and such. Briana was very friendly and helpful, and put me in touch with Dave Gentry. Dave came and met with me the following day. We had a very nice visit, while walking through and around the house. About noon the day after, he sent me a fair offer that I accepted. We were able to close the deal the following week. Amazing. Had the pleasure of working with Dave. He came out and looked at the house and did not try to low ball us on the price. We received several bids from competing companies and received a bid slightly higher than theirs but we chose to go with them because of how he treated us with respect and did not try to b.s. us. Their process was very honest and straightforward. They purchased the house as agreed and we had no issues.
