Definitely wouldnt recommend. I feel i was stereotyped during this process. I was told I didnt make enough money by Debbie. Got a raise at work and was able to present the proper documentation only to not hear anything from her only "she will get to it when she can" now the house is off the market. They definetly pick and choose who they want to rent to. And I never received a call back. They make it hard for you even when they dont have to.

The leasing staff has been consistently rude and unprofessional. Their behavior feels like keyboard and phone-call bullying—something they would never say outside of work hours. The maintenance team, often appearing to be under the influence, improperly repaired my 4-inch PVC drain and even damaged my water supply line in the process. On top of that, they still haven’t addressed the HVAC unit they installed this past summer, which continues to have issues. If this is the level of service your residents can expect, then this one-star review is more than deserved

I recently applied for a rental listed at $1,295 with RJ Property Management and spoke directly with Debbie, who handled my application. After paying the $45 application fee, I was told that I didn’t meet the income requirement because they “don’t go by gross income.” However, the company’s own website clearly states that “household income must be at least 3 times the rent,” with no mention of net income. I also met that requirement based on my gross monthly income. Debbie further stated that I wouldn’t be able to maintain the property because of “other expenses” like groceries and personal costs — which is not a standard or objective basis for denial. Some of the absolute worst people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. All of the exterior doors were compromised during a burglary. They told us they were going to fix the locks but never sent anybody out to do it. Despite numerous follow up requests for them to address this safety issue, they never did anything. For two years we had to rely on dead bolts that we installed ourselves until eventually we bought new door knows and locks to replace the broken ones. Any time we reached out to them, they acted very rude and condescending. The customer service is downright dreadful, and the level of unprofessionalism is hard to believe.
