Poor management and unacceptable living conditions. The heating system does not work properly, with temperatures staying around 72°F or lower, and hot water is often unavailable, leaving the shower cold. There is also a serious lack of security, with frequent parking lot vandalism and no effective monitoring. Management has been slow to respond and fails to address these ongoing issues. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone seeking reliable maintenance, safety, or competent management.

I accompanied a friend who had an appointment, and the lady in management was very disrespectful and demeaning. If this is how the place is run, it’s truly disappointing. Just because many applicants are low-income doesn’t give anyone the right to treat them disrespectfully. These individuals are already struggling—there’s no need to add to their stress and anxiety. Leadership should look into this matter seriously.

Hi rivkin resident why no one complained about what happened Saturday night. It was disaster almost 8 cars were broken through the window and nights before that constantly. Some people are complain about their cars some burgers go though now we really scared for our self I go to Work almost that time happen incident.

I know people have a different experience in this apartment. Some of the workers are extremely disrespectful and expect you to respect them.Like the lady call braina she is going to make this apartment review very bad.one time I have an appointment with her. She’s sending me back to forth almost 3 weeks. And one day I tell her I’m so tired going to back-and-forth so im going to wait for you After I wait for her 45 minute I go back to her she looks me up and down and shut the door on my face like she don’t even know me since that day don’t feel comfortable go to that office. and almost the entire resident saying she has multiple character.

Rivkin apartments is a beautiful community and is filling up fast with amazing people. I am honored to have met and shared the move in experience with so many tenants and their families. With that being said my heart is full and I am forever Thankful for each and everyone of you that our lives have crossed paths.
