I’ve had a great experience living here the past three years. I have had absolutely no issues with the leasing team/management or maintenance. The team is always super communicative and easy to reach, and they’re really good about working around my schedule when it comes to maintenance. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, they got it done quickly. I appreciate how smooth and stress-free they make everything. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I’ve lived here since 2023 and have had a consistently great experience. What really sets this complex apart is how proactive property management is with preventative maintenance and upgrades. Since moving in, they’ve replaced the washer and dryer and upgraded the HVAC system across all units, even when nothing was wrong, along with regular seasonal filter changes and dryer vent maintenance. They’ve also added a modern intercom system that connects to your phone for video calls with guests. This level of upkeep and long term care is something I haven’t experienced at other apartment complexes. It’s clear they invest in maintaining the property, and it makes a real difference as a resident.

I have lived here for 6 years myself with my dog. It disgusts me reading some of the negative comments I know some of the people because they were from my building that are know longer here. Management is great always helpful and if I have an issue it is taken care of promptly. Josh the maintenance man does a fantastic job he is such a hard worker and always friendly. I would recommend Riverwood Estates I don’t believe there is the perfect apartment out there know matter where you live but they do their best Thank you Jaime,Jackie and Josh

Ive been a resident at Riverwood Estates for almost three years now, and I also lived here years ago in another building, so my experience with this community spans time, growth, and consistency. One thing that has always stood out to me is the leasing office staff. They are welcoming, professional, fast acting, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They are also clear dog lovers, which makes a big difference for pet owners. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it has been addressed promptly and taken seriously, they truly don’t play when it comes to resident satisfaction. This has been a great place to live for almost 20 years now!! I raised 3 children here and we made it our home!! It’s been really great with all the new additions that Jamie has been working on like the hands free entry and the garage safe entry!! But the best has been the care Jamie has put into making sure our elevator gets fixed and every time it shuts down she or Josh comes to reset it!! She also said she would come from home after hours to reset and try to have it reset for me to go to work at 6am!! Above and beyond wonderful service!! Thank you Jamie!!
