Forge & Flare Apartments

The location is super convenient, and there’s a trail right nearby that makes walking my dog really enjoyable. Maintenance is quick and reliable—every time I’ve needed something fixed, it’s taken care of right away. The property managers(Zeah) are friendly, professional, and always easy to work with. The building is clean, quiet, and has a modern feel.

Great management team and pleasant environment to live in! Love the in unit washer and dryer, there’s always events in Drexel town square and the staff is quick to resolve issues. I plan on living here tomorrow too.

I lived here for 4 years. It is a amazing place to live. Neighbors are all friendly very beautiful apartments. Highly recommend anybody who’s looking for an apartment in the Oak Creek area to look into Forge And Flare Apartment. It is also very convenient with local businesses in the area, especially with the town Square being downstairs. I really love the farmers market on Saturdays in the events that they hold apartments notify you with everything management is amazing I highly recommend talking to Tara on getting a place to stay at these apartments

My husband and I lived here for two years and loved our apartment. This was our second time living here. The management team is great. They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that come up. Whenever there is something going on in the building it is communicated via email. The complex is always clean. Very rarely did we need to call maintenance as the appliances and utilities are very well maintained. It's a fun place to live as there is always something happening in Drexel Square.

I have lived at Forge and Flare for over a year now and I have loved it from the moment I moved in. There is always something going on from the farmers market, festivals and movie nights in the Drexel Town Square so you always have something to do, not to mention the restaurants down below. When I first moved in I thought the restaurant noise would be a problem but I have not heard anything or have had an issue since I’ve moved in. The management (Tara & Nicholle) are great! When I came for my showing to look at the apartments Nicholle showed me around, she is so personable, friendly & helped me with any thing I’ve needed.
