He promptly addressed everything we highlighted - paint touch-ups, a muddy lump in the side lawn - and was very cooperative during our private inspection process. Elizabeth Turned Our First Home Purchase Into a Great Experience! We recently purchased our first home in the Riverwood community with Pulte Builders, and while the journey had a rocky start, it ended beautifully thanks to our amazing sales agent, Elizabeth. Initially, we were assigned to Robert, who was showing us homes within our budget. When we expressed interest in a larger home that we saw in the community which was slightly over budget, he was reluctant. We took the walkthrough but he made us feel like we were wasting his time.
