Had a nice day at the pool with friends & family pool was really no w & the park was awesome for the kids

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is so horrible to live in. The only pro of living here is the affordable monthly rent. But then you have to deal with complaints from neighbors about the most stupid things. If your making sounds too early in the morning its a problem if your making sounds to late at night its a problem. If your having a conversation to loud its a problem. But they won't say how they smoke illegal drugs in the hallways so much that it goes into my apartment and I cant even let my kids sleep in their rooms or that they smoke in the balcony and I cant even open the balcony door to get some fresh air coming in. Some people just be so miserable with their lives. The walls are so thin you can hear and feel everything. They also want access into your apartment more

the office hours are ridiculous, you can never get hold of anyone! I leave messages for them and no one calls back. A friend of mine was interested in the apartments but chose to go else where because they never answered their phone and no one was in the office. I work a regular 8-5 and I commuted from Zephyrhills to Tampa by the time I got home the office was usually closed. If I had any concerns I had no choice but to call, and hope to get a response; which I usually never did. I had a few other minor issues but this was my biggest problem with these apartments

A nice place to live! Salina & Tiffany are the best Management team around... Great maintenance workers, Justin & William are always helpful... People here are friendly, nice and respectful. Quite and Safe place to live!!! 😀

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star it's terrible. The maintenance guy Justin walks in whenever he feels like it. One knock and he just opens the door giving you No time to answer I've never lived in a community so unprofessional the staff is awful! Andrea the manager is very unprofessional and disrespectful I've went to complain on this issue with maintenance and she smirked it off informing me this was "their procedures" ... Terrible place to live ..Don't waste your time.
