We have been at River Shores for approximately 6 years. We love it! Maintenance handles issues in a timely manner, business office is always helpful. Colleen and Ken are so helpful, kind, and reassuring. The neighborhood is safe. Great location.
Raised my rent & all I received was a microwave. Been here 7yrs . I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Air quality very horrible. In need of major updates . But I have a roof so I’m grateful . Good Luck Out There
