Riverscape Apartments in Fulton NY, is the best place to live! The staff are the friendliest, most respectful, helpful, accommodating people I’ve known. They respond very quickly to anything needed. I’m staying!

My sister has lived here for many years and I've seen such an improvement in the last year or so. My sister loves the property Manager and feels at ease to talk to her when something is going on, she is always seen walking around and is friendly and seems to care alot about the property and people, she is quick to address concerns and is firm when dealing with issues. The maintenance men are also great, they are very respectful and always quick to repair and address any concerns. I have been at my sisters when both have come in to repair something. They also have a cleaner now who is also very friendly and polite. The complex is always well picked up and looked after. My sister is so happy that I'm considering renting here. Fantastic apartment community.

don’t bother unless you’re used and okay with to section 8. some neighbors are kind. the apartment inside is cute. it’s easy to pay rent. they do an inspection every 6 months which is fine but they only give you a day not a time, so if you have a full time job taking the whole day off for a 5 minute inspection is annoying. neighbors throw their cats outside for extended periods of time so the common areas smell like pee(obviously not the cats faults, but people here don’t care for their animals). neighbors are belligerent and aggressive, i watched a male neighbor follow a woman and her dog up the stairs to her door poking at them with a broom, SCREAMING every cuss word in the book at her because her dog barks at the all cats outside. neighbors block the stairs and hallways with trash bags

When I was searching for a new apartment, working with the property manager, Candice at Barrington Residential was great! She took the time to show me several apartments at two different complex locations, and was very pleasant and happy to do so. I have lived at Riverscape Apartments for a little over a year now and I'm pretty happy here. From the moment I moved in, I've called this 'my cute little apartment'. Before I moved in, they spent a lot of time making sure that it was properly cleaned and freshly painted and newly carpeted. It is a little on the small side, but is well taken care of. You can see the maintenance guys around daily, always working on something, or maintaining the grounds, and they always say hello. I lived in these apartments for 2 years and the neighbors are ridiculous they tell you where u can park (spaces not numbered) had trash put in front of my vehicle because they "assumed" it was from me! One elderly woman feeds the stray cats and has breeding boxes on her porch have called an complained numerous times to have nothing done! My apartment had mold everywhere from my ceiling leaking to only be told from maintenance that it's from the gutters and his guys don't clean them. Only sprayed bleach on it for it to grow back days later. Been threatened by neighbors living in the complex because I walked my dog in "his yard". The dumpsters are always over following with trash never cleaned up by maintenance or the trash company. Children are left unattended running out in front of vehic
