Do not rent from these people unless you want your privacy invaded, including your mail!! The property is filled with drug addicts and scumbags and the office does nothing about it ! It is not worth living in a cheap apartment paying more than what it is worth! And if you do decided to move into this property make sure your car doors and apartment windows are locked because it will get broken into! Enjoy being woken up by sirens early in the morning or late at night because of a possible overdose!!
Apartments are really cheaply made, staff is rude and the overall atmosphere is not child friendly. DO NOT RENT. The 5 star rating must be from someone who works there because everyone I know over there can't wait to get out of there.
Hard to find Aptartments in this place
I live here as of 12-20-23 and for two years I've complained about the roaches taking over my home I made more than a few calls and never got a call back or a visit not to mention the two floods I had in my kitchen I'm over this place it nice on the outside but really this place is a mess born and raised in Harlem nyc and even there is cleaner than this place
