⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve lived at Rivermont Apartments since 2017, and while I’ve always lived here for the gorgeous views (see pictures), I want to specifically recognize Keith from the maintenance team for his outstanding professionalism, respect, and care. Over the past few weeks, Keith has handled several service requests in my unit — including replacing my kitchen faucet, repairing my air conditioner, and replacing a leaking water heater. Each time, he communicated clearly, showed up promptly, and made sure any inconvenience was kept to an absolute minimum. It’s not always easy having maintenance work done inside your home, but Keith consistently made the experience feel comfortable and respectful. Want to give a shout out to Keith on the maintenance team. Anytime we have an issue in our apartment it is handled within a timely manner. Keith is always professional and kind always making sure that our issues are always taken care of. Super knowledgeable and is a vital part of how this property stays clean and functional. I've lived here at Rivermont for more than 12 years. I've found it to be a great place to live. I raised my daughter here. Debbie Turner, the property manager, is very good about keeping the place running smoothly and addresses problems within a reasonable time. The maintenance team which includes Keith Gimmy, has been great at keeping my place working well. Keith is very prompt, very sincere and friendly while maintaining a professional air. He's very knowledgeable in regard to his position here at Rivermont. I've been through several maintenance staff and I believe he's the best of them.

I was visiting a friend for a few days who lived at Rivermont. In that time, I met a maintenance guy completing a work order named Keith. He was very professional and completed the maintenance issue quickly. I made small chat and he told me a few places to check out while I was in town. I have to say- he left a lasting impression. Enough for me to write and review and I don’t even live there. Thanks for the tourism advice Keith. I hope this review gets you recognized somehow.

I have enjoyed living here. The maintenance guy they have here now is wonderful. He was the same one I had when I lived at another apartment complex and he was amazing there. The manager Debbie takes very good of the complex and it is always being landscaped in order for it to be beautiful.
