RiverHouse 9 at Port Imperial

I just moved into RiverHouse9 last month, the team here is absolutely the best! We toured with Jasmine and she was so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We love the building and the neighborhood around here. We commute to NY and the transportation to the city is such a breeze. The building is well maintained, the maintenance team Chris and Melky are so great to work with! Want to give a shout out to Jasmine, Michael, Alisha and Sam for being so patient with us with all our questions and making our move so easy. We love our new home!

Overall living here at RH9 is great. Easy commute to the city, nice view, good amenities (gym is incredible!). staff is friendly and responsive. Special shout out to Alisha at leasing office. From initial tour to final move-out, she nails it and makes me truly feel like I'm home. everyone in concierge team is always welcoming and helpful - thank you! With all positives listed, here come the negatives. - Some of the neighbors did not respect community rules. Late night noises, dog unleashed and urinated at other unit's door, to name a few. - The inner garage door can be unresponsive occasionally, which is somewhat annoying - Units facing E Fulton St will hear the noises from garbage trucks in early morning. You can get used to it but it's a thing if you are sensitive to noises.

We were among the very first residents to move into Riverhouse 9, and the past 4.5 years have been nothing short of amazing. The management and staff have always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful their support made this building feel like home. This place holds a special meaning for our family. Our little daughter grew up here, spending so many happy days playing in the park right in front of the building. We are truly sad to be leaving, because Riverhouse 9 has been the best location in the area and a wonderful community to be a part of. RiverHouse 9 has been amazing place to call home. The leasing office was incredibly responsive and helpful in finding the perfect apartment - quick, clear, and on point. Michael was outstanding and went above and beyond to help throughout the process. The community is great, the facilities are excellent, and the lobby staff are always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this community!
