My partner and I moved out of this apartment complex on June 30, 2025. While living here, there were ongoing issues with staff turnover, but the most serious problems happened after we moved out. Before turning in our keys, we had the unit professionally cleaned and left it in great condition. After moving out, we reached out multiple times to confirm everything was settled and never received any response. Months later, I was shocked to receive a call from a collections agency claiming we owed an outstanding balance. This was the first time we had heard anything about it. Awful. Beware of poor Management! Like some of the reviews below, we also experienced extremely unprofessional and poor management especially upon move out. A few months before end of lease term, get a call asking if wanted to renew. We said no, moving out at end of lease and no need to. This employee said will make note of that. No one answers the phone, so upon move out date, went down to speak with manager and employee since move out would be on a weekend. Again, notified them we're moving out & asked if anything else was needed. Was told to leave key under the door, apartment clean, and "nothing else is needed." This review is specifically for Vanessa. From the very beginning, I have been thoroughly impressed by Vanessa’s professionalism and dedication. She consistently follows through on her commitments—when Vanessa states she will take action, it is done promptly and reliably.
