Riverdale Parc - Apartments

Where can I start...I lived there for almost 3 years, recently just moved out since I had to downsize. It was such a great experience living here. The staff, from the super (Adriano's a great guy), to the doormen/door lady (Robert & Hieke, the best), as well as the cleaning staff, were all so very nice, gracious, and helpful. The apts are pretty big and spacious. Management was always great to me. Any maintenance issues I had, were taken care of very quickly. Indoor garage so you're not dealing w/rain or snow (most buildings in the area have outdoor garages). Enjoyed living at Riverdale Parc. Units have great amenities, and neighbors are respectful and friendly. Concierge staff are always helpful and go out of their way to accommodate residents. Surrounding area is also clean, quiet, and family friendly. Overall, a good place to live.

Lived there for two years and loved I t. Apartments are super nice ands spacious, great light, nice amenities. But what makes the building is the outstanding staff. So nice and helpful. An awesome place to live!!!

Building management is terrible. You have questions, they don't get back to you. Apartment in bad condition when I moved in. Not cleaned; not painted, water leaks on ceilings (look old, ceilings are all stained), sticky residue all over the windows - appliances old and filthy. The building itself is beautiful but even after I am all moved in (a year now), I really have to leave this review. Realtor was great; management doesn't care about you. They never get back to address any concerns. Renters beware - make sure everything is fixed and addressed before you move in here!

We love the building, staff and management. It has a super luxury feel, while also giving off a family style vibe. The amenities are phenomenal, especially the back deck. We love having parties and meals back there. Easy access to the city and is a true GEM of riverdale.
