Absolutely do not rent from this apartment! Predatory lease agreements, onsite management never available, once your lease ends or if you decide to end early she will cut all contact, does not answer makes everything extremely difficult. Absolutely trash management, place is never clean constant smoking inside, manager gave us discounted rent for a "raffle " which the only way to enter is to write a good review hence all the fake reviews. Then when we had to end our lease early several months later, she took the discount off and required we pay it. No communication and removed our access to pay online, never available in person making it impossible to deal with said issues. She has done this to several of the tenants and then filed eviction even though you volunterly left. Also the growing

I have had nothing but good experiences while here. I’ve been at these apartments for about 3 months now. The move in process was quick and easy I had my keys and parking pass the same day. My unit was clean and bug free. I personally haven’t heard any gunshots and feel relatively safe here with my children. The residents I’ve met have all been very nice as well. The property manager is always very responsive to any messages I send to her. I struggled to get into my apartment one day and she made sure that she sent someone right away to let me in. They make sure the weeds are cut and the dog area is cleaned up weekly minimum that I’ve seen. Current Tenant commenting on New Management Be mindful that Atlas is a big company and they will treat you as such. I’ve dealt with 2 or 3 different individuals, using countless phone numbers and emails, from the start of the application process to moving in, so prepare for a lack of accountability. They will have you sign your lease, pay your fees, and then you’re off to fend for yourself. The Property: While the inside of my unit is decent; the interior common areas and rear exterior of the property look almost condemnable. At first I would have never five stared these apartments but thanks to the new management I will have to change my opinion. Thanks to our new landlord Nancy the apartments are cleaner and have been getting cleaned out of the problem residents who make it unsafe for families to be here. She has done an amazing job cleaning this place up and making sure this is a safer place for kids. It has become in amazing an amazing apartment to live in.. thanks to all her hard work... I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family...
