Highly recommend living here!! Property manager Delores is amazing in and out she will go beyond her ability to help anyone and everyone. 🫶🏽 She's friendly and has made my living experience here like a family. Maintenance is really good and comes on time when scheduled an appointment and is true on fixing any situation that needs to be fixed. Safety is an all time good experience security walks around on and off the property secureing safety.

Great apartment complex to live at they always respond if something is wrong in the apartment in a timely manner. Best property management I’ve ever had honestly. They actually do their jobs and take care of the residents. Everyone is super friendly and the grounds inside the community are safe and enjoyable. One issue is the roaches but they have people come and spray/ bomb the house as often as you like me and my wife choose not too because it isn’t safe for our little one but we are able to keep it under control keeping the house clean and maintained.That’s the one issue we have had other than that this apartment complex’s Managment is respectful, mindful of your issues and takes care of your needs. Delores is one of the best!!

The property manager was decent, but the apartment itself was old and nasty. Unfortunately, there were mice and roaches. The apartment always smelled like old wood no matter what we did. There’s a loud train track nearby, and homeless people were living right outside the gate on the other side, often burning things and rummaging through the trash cans. I definitely wouldn’t recommend living in this apartment complex.

Maintenance came by Tuesday to take care of a request I put in on Monday night. They are quick and precise. Thanks Riverbank for another great job. There is no place else I would rather live.

Dolores the property manager is amazing! She truly goes above and beyond to take care of her tenants. She’s kind, professional, and willing to help. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much. She truly loves what she does. Thank you Dolores. Your truly a Gem!!
